    “positiv ist die Lage, der grosse Kühlschrank und ein funtionierender Warmwasserboiler, sowie der etwas günstigere Mietpreis. Hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit/ Hilfsbereitschaft/ Herzlichkeit der Kontaktperson vor Ort
    Die negativene Punkte alle aufzulisten würde den Rahmen hier sprengen, dazu nur auszugsweise:
    an vielen Stellen hängende, lockere Ablagen im Bad/ Dusche, nicht funktionierende Kochfeldbeleuchtung und fehlende Lampen, an vielen Stellen abbläternde Farbe,
    abgewetzte Gartenliegen, sowie aufgeschlitzte Sitzbezüge im Wohnbereich - ersparen Sie uns weitere Aufzählungen. Wir können nur empfehlen, sehen Sie sich das selbst einmal an und lassen Sie uns wissen, ob aus Ihrer Sicht unsere Angaben mit Ihren dann übereinstimmen ?
