Villa Kamelicina is located near Trogir in a small fisherman village Vinišće. The place is famous for its little bays with beautiful pebble and sand beaches. Some of the most popular are Voluja, Ričevo, Vrelo, Stari Trogir and Sićenica. Beside Trogir, Rogoznica, Primošten and Split are also worth visiting.This modernly decorated villa with a view of the sea and the greenery is a paradise for soul and body. A fully equipped kitchen is at disposal for preparing the best meals. The bar in the kitchen is ideal for your quick meals and breakfast, and for common meals there is a large table in the dining room or a table on the terrace. Spend nice evenings in the living room by the fireplace and TV. Internet is available throughout the house, while the air conditioning and heating are available only in some parts of the villa. In 4 bedrooms up to 8 people can be accommodated. A baby cot is available upon prior notice. At your disposal are also 3 bathrooms with a shower and one with a bathtub.Pool with a beautiful sea view will provide a spectacular pleasure, while the pool deck chairs you can use to relax and drink refreshing drinks. There is a barbecue and a table for 8 persons in the yard.The nearest pebble and concrete beach is only 20 m away. The town center where you can find the nearest market, bar and a restaurant is 800m away.Access to the property is good as well as public transport connections. In front of the villa there are 2 parking spaces. There is also a berth for the boat, only 20m from the villa, which can be provided upon prior notice. Transfer to the villa from the airport, ferry port or the bus station can also be arranged with the owner. In the vicinity of the villa you can rent bicycles and boats, and you can also try table tennis, table football, darts, billiards and a traditional Dalmatian game – balote.
