Beautiful House in Playa Blanca with Private Parking and Beautiful Views

Stunning luxury villa located in a high quality residential area and very close to the volcano of Playa Blanca with beautiful views to the islands of Lobos and Fuerteventura. The villa offers 2 double bed bedrooms, one with King size bed and two complete bathrooms. The private heated swimming pool (extra cost), the chill out areas with teak wooden furniture and the views from the main suite make this villa the ideal place where to rest and spend good holidays. The villa is completely equipped with all amenities and you can also ask for some extras like daily cleaning service or boat charter. The house is very close to the main seaside promenade of Playa Blanca and only 5 minutes walking distance to the Diving Center or the Shopping Center “La Mulata” where you can have Spanish, Greek, Italian or Argentinian food. Furthermore in this area there is also the most famous lounge-terrace of Playa Blanca, “Marea”.

    “Das Haus ist top, hat alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub auf Lanzarote braucht.
    Alles war ordentlich und sauber. Die Bilder im Internet sind realistisch und verschaffen einen guten Eindruck vom Haus. Die Abwicklung Übergabe und Rücknahme des Hauses waren unkompliziert und unbürokratisch (vielleicht etwas zu unbürokratisch).
    Zwei kleine Kritikpunkte:
    1. der beheizbare Pool war nicht beheizt, weil die Anlage nicht eingeschaltet war.
    bis der Poll einen annehmbare Temperatur hat sind leider 4 Tage vergangen.
    (2 Tage bis die Anlage entsprechend eingestellt war und 2 Tage bis der Pool temperiert war)
    2. Die Beschreibung der Lage des Hauses war deutlich zu positiv. Zur Strandpromenade auf der
    Strasse sind es etwa 1000m, querfeldein etwa 500m Zum Fährhafen etwa 3500m
    Wir hatten zwei Autos gemietet, waren mit Baby (4 Monate) und so hat alles gut gepasst”
