The apartment is on Via Uletsch in Laax, near the cable cars, two minutes away with the Arena shuttle or a seven-minute walk away.
The modern 72m² apartment, very comfortably furnished, is ideal for a couple or a small family. The centrepiece of the accommodation is the living and dining room with a fireplace, a modern leather sofa, a multimedia TV, a dining table for four and the American kitchen with modern electrical appliances, such as a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave. The living room also has a double fold-away bed (180 x 200cm) for two adults. The bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200cm) and its own bathroom with a shower and WC. The apartment also has a second bathroom with a bath. The apartment has a guest folder with information about local shops, pistes, hiking maps and details about wireless Internet access, important telephone numbers etc.
The balcony on the second floor of a former holiday residence affords a great view of Flimserstein and in summer looks out at the big, heated pool in the garden with deckchairs and a well-tended garden. In winter you can enjoy the white snowy landscape with some snowmen built by children.
The house also has an indoor pool, a sauna, a solarium, a ski room and a laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryers. There are also a fitness room, two outdoor tennis courts, a table tennis table, a children’s playground and kids’ pool in the garden. Parking space no. 15 is reserved for you in the underground garage. Pets are not allowed.
