Lovely House in Camaret-Sur-Mer with Open Fireplace and Panoramic View
This holiday house is quietly located at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is very close to the picturesque harbour of Camaret-sur-Mer.
The holiday house provides 10m² of living space for up to six people. It comprises three floors. The basement has a washing machine and a freezer. You can also store sports equipment here, such as kayaks and windsurfing boards and sails. On the floor above you can find the living room, the kitchen and one of a total of three bedrooms. The comfortable living room provides a sofa, a TV with a DVD player and a little table with a chair. Next to the dining table, which is also in the living room, there is an open fireplace. The room has two floor-to-ceiling windows and an adjoining narrow balcony. From here you can enjoy the maritime charm of the yacht harbour with a view of the Vauban Tower. Next to the living room there is a bedroom with a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, an electric hob, a microwave, a fridge, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine. Next to the kitchen there is a bathroom with a bath, washbasin and WC. The stairs in the living room lead to the upper floor, with two further cosy bedrooms with double beds and storage space. Two beds measure 140 x 200cm, the third measures 140 x 190cm.
The kitchen has an adjoining 14m² veranda, furnished with a table and a chair. The wicker furniture is ideal for relaxing. In front of the house, below the living room, there is a terrace with garden furniture, a parasol, a grill and a whirligig. The site is enclosed. The garage is not available for use. Cars can be parked in the courtyard, which is closed off by a gate.
The owner can provide a cot and a highchair. There is oil central heating. All the rooms have radiators.
The nearest beach is Corréjou 300 metres away. There is a supermarket (Super U) is 200 metres away, where you can also buy firewood. Along the coastal road, 200 metres away, there are restaurants, a bakery, a butcher, a bank, a post office and a hairdresser. The location of the holiday house is ideal for getting to all the amenities on foot. In the summer many artists exhibit their works of art in the galleries. Camaret-sur-Mer is on the Crozon peninsula between Brest and the Douarnenez bay. The coastal area is known for its beautiful landscapes and many hiking, trip and sports options. From Quai Téphany, which is within easy walking distance, you can take a boat to the islands of Molène, Ouessant and Sein. It is also rewarding to go on trips to Brest (60km away), Quimper (50km away) and Locronan, which is classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France, 40km away.
