Detached bungalow with a garden in a quiet location and just 10km from the North Sea
The detached bungalow is on a quiet cul-de-sac in Berambur, just before the East Frisian North Sea coast, very close to the Hage-Berambur holiday park.
Up to eight people can be accommodated within around 150m² of living space on two floors. The generous hallway provides access to all the rooms. The living room comprises a spacious lounge area with sofas and armchairs, a table, a cupboard, cable TV and a DVD player, and a dining space with a big table and eight chairs, where you can also gather to play board games. The dining space provides direct access to the kitchen with a fridge and freezer, dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, bread cutting machine, kettle and plenty of crockery. The two bedrooms on the ground floor are furnished with double beds (180 x 200cm), cupboards and valet stands, while the bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC. There are two bedrooms on the upper floor, each with two single beds (90 x 200cm), wall cupboards, valet stands, another TV and a bathroom with a bath, shower and WC. All the rooms on the ground floor have under-floor heating, while the upper floor has central heating. The house is non-smoking. Dogs are welcome. The laundry room on the ground floor has a washing machine and dryer, a vacuum cleaner and an ironing board.
From here you can access the terrace facing north and west and sheltered from the wind, as well as the garden. Eight garden chairs, a big table and a grill are available for leisurely togetherness. There is space for bicycles in the garage and up to three cars can be parked in the driveway.
The house has been classified as three-star by the DTV. There are local spa taxes during the season, including for the beaches in Dornumersiel and Neßmersiel.
You can find all the necessary shopping facilities in Hage. It is 1.2km to the “Am Edenhof” shopping park with bakeries, discount stores, a DY shop and a pharmacy, with further shops on the main street. The bowling centre and golf course are five minutes away. The Berambur holiday park (800 metres) has a spa centre for treatments, as well as a heated indoor pool and outdoor pool, a sauna and a solarium. The Kiessee lake in the Kurpark invites you to go swimming, while the tennis court and mini golf course provide sports activities. You can also find a restaurant here. You should definitely not forget to go on a guided walk across the tidal flats at Norden/Norddeich ca. 10km away. It is an unforgettable experience for children and adults alike. It is also recommended to visit the seal sanctuary and the Waloseum. The magnificent blossom at the nearby Lütetsburg castle park will delight you.
