This exclusively furnished cottage is the perfect accommodation for a larger group. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with kitchen. From the terrace in front of it you have an unforgettable view of Split and the sea. The swimming pool also has a shallow part for children. On the floors there are three fully furnished apartments with three bedrooms each. In the basement you will find a well-equipped gym, billiard room, ?konoba? (in German: Tavern) and a room for wine tasting. Next to the pool there is also a sauna. On the huge estate there is also a tennis court, soccer field, a cottage with barbecue and small summer kitchen. Possibility of massage, manicure and pedicure for a fee and in consultation with the owner.
