Holiday apartment on an agriturismo with a shared swimming pool

This holiday apartment is in Ovada (Grillano area), in a country guesthouse of Grillano castle, which has belonged to the Torello Rovereto family for four generations. The castle is located in the Piedmont hills, about 200 metres above sea level, and is surrounded by vineyards.

The family-run enterprise is dedicated to wine-growing (Dolcetto, Barbera, Cortese and Chardonnay) and wine production according to old traditions, with the exclusive use of organically grown grapes. The precise controlling of each production phase guarantees high quality standards. On request, you can sample the wines produced on site and visit the wine cellar and the vineyard.
The holiday apartment is on the first floor of the country house, which has a total of three holiday apartments. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for two people and a table with six chairs, a bathroom with a shower, and a cooking niche equipped with a gas stove, kettle, microwave, coffee machine and fridge.

Outside there is a balcony furnished with a table and chairs. The castle has a terrace offering a lovely panoramic view of the hills and the vineyard. The terrace has small tables and chairs and you can enjoy an aperitif and snacks here. There is also a park with a barbecue available for use. Furthermore, there is a swimming pool area with sun loungers.

Not far from the holiday apartment you can find golf courses, a riding stables, sports facilities etc. The sea (Ligurian Riviera) is about half an hour away by car.
