This fantastic house is located in a quiet residential area, just 250 metres from the shallow beaches of Cubelles and is halfway between Tarragona and Barcelona. On the top floor, there are 2 single beds and a terrace overlooking the sea. The 1st floor has 1 bedroom with en suite bathroom and 2 other bedrooms sharing a bathroom with shower. There is a modern kitchen, bathroom and a spacious and comfortable living room which leads to the beautiful terrace with seating and barbeque area. The shared garden and pool area are easily accessible.

    “Wir können eine 3 für das Haus vergeben. Warum nicht mehr?
    Alles in einen guten zustand, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Es wäre wünschenswert wenn ein Flachbildfernseher in einer Grösse geben würde von 128cm oder mehr. Sat-Anlage, die kosten nicht die Welt, wäre angebracht. Dadurch hätte man auch zugang zu einigen Programmen in Landessprache.
    Ausstattung ist gut. Alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Kaffeemaschine ersetzen bitte.
    Empfang war Freundlich, auch mit Sprachschwierigkeiten, die man aber gut gelöst hat.
    Das Haus ist sauber, aber man sollte doch etwas Geld in Hand nehmen und da und dort daran Arbeiten. Duschkopf erneuern z.b.
    Auch sind andere Dinge in einen zustand, den wir aus Deutschland besser kennen.
