Luxury villa with apartments and its own stretch of beach
The luxurious villa is located in Molunat, a tourist resort in the south of Dalmatia, right by the sea. Molunat is characterised by a contrast between green vegetation and the blue sea. The climate is very mild with more than 250 days of sunshine a year.
In total there are three apartments with a terrace available. The private section of beach, which is a stony beach, provides free sun loungers and parasols and is shared with the other guests. Wireless Internet access is available. Plenty of parking space is provided.
The holiday resort offers some restaurants and there are larger towns along the coast. On the edge of the Molunat bay you can jump directly into the sea from the cliffs. The path along the cliffs leads to another beach in Pasjača, or you can eat eel in the Konavoski Dvori restaurant near Gruda and visit the Sokol Grad fortification.
Apartment with a terrace
This apartment is on the second floor and can accommodate four people. It has a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The combined living and dining room provides a sofa bed, a TV with satellite reception and a dining table with chairs. The open kitchen is fully-equipped with all the necessary appliances. The second bathroom also has a shower, as well as a washing machine.
Enjoy the wonderful view over the sea from the 12m² terrace with an awning and a table and chairs as outdoor furniture.
