Already the first glimpse of the façade will delight lovers of Italy. The old manor building from the year 1850 is a striking architectural feature of this holiday residence. As half of a duplex house, it adjoins the owners’ house and is divided into three newly restored floors, providing 180m² of living space. Un additional can be rented. The natural stone walls from the founding period, the old architecture, beautiful and historic oak beams on the ceiling, nostalgic accessories and a décor in a country house style are reminiscent of the original construction era, while modern surfaces in the kitchen, four modern designer bathrooms with walk-in shower cubicles, underfloor heating and air conditioning in all the rooms, or a high-speed wireless Internet connection, meet all modern-day requirements. The rest of the ground floor is not let out, so the house is for your own exclusive use. Stairs lead up to the upper floor, the centrepiece of the house. Here you can find three spacious, suite-like bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed measuring 180 x 200cm and an adjoining bathroom. High-quality bedlinen is included. There is also a single bed (90 x 200cm) in one of the suites. The bathrooms each have a shower cubicle, a WC and bidet. There is also a spacious communal kitchen, with the most modern kitchen technology, a dining area for up to 10 people and a shared, comfortable living room. The open kitchen in the living, dining and cooking area provides all the necessary appliances for self-catering, from a stylish SMEG gas stove with an oven, a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher to small electric appliances such as a coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle, as well as plenty of quality tableware. The living room has a dining area, as well as a cosy fireplace for cosy hours in the evening, while a TV with satellite channels provides entertainment. Corridors lead to the bedrooms, with a door leading outside onto a spacious roof terrace.
The furnished roof terrace measures 48m² and you can sunbathe here or dine together outdoors. An awning provides sun protection.
