Exit to the terrace. 2 double bedrooms. Small kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, double hand-basin. On the lower ground floor: (spiral staircase), 1 double bedroom. 1 double bedroom. Exit to the garden. Shower/WC, sep. WC. Gas heating (extra). Heating available only from 15.10. to 15.04. Terrace. Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), terraced garden with lawn and trees, meadow. 750 m long narrow motor access to the house (mountain road). Width of access road: 200 cm. Roofed, parking (for 4 cars). Supermarket 3.5 km, bar 3.5 km, railway station "Porto Valtravaglia" 3.5 km, ferry "Laveno - Verbania" 10 km, pebble beach "Caldè" 3.5 km. Mountain railway 10 km. Please note: car recommended. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

    “Das Haus hat eine superschöne Lage mit Blick auf den See und die Berge. Mit dem Sternenhimmel oder so manchem Gewitterschauspiel auf der anderen Seeseite kann kein Fernsehprogramm konkurrieren. Die Ausstattung hat nichts vermissen lassen, man merkt, dass das Haus von den Besitzern selber auch genutzt wird. Selbst bei eine Nutzung mit 8 Personen steht man sich nicht auf den Füßen oder muss sofort das Spülen anfangen, weil nicht genügend Geschirr da wäre. Die Zufahrt ist ein Abenteuer. Das mit der 2m breiten Durchfahrt dorthin ist sehr ernst zu nehmen. Selbst mit unserem Opel Zafira kamen wir zunächst ins Schwitzen und mussten uns mutig an den letzten Kilometer gewöhnen.”
