Two bungalows on a large property with a community pool and ocean views

Two adjacent, yet independent bungalows, which can be rented together or separate, are situated on a 2500 m², quiet property. They are identical in size and furnishings. They were built in 1999 and last renovated in 2020. Each bungalow is 70 m².



Both bungalows have a bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m), which can be combined to make a double. The bathroom offers a shower, a hairdryer, a sink and a toilet. The spacious wooden kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher and a microwave and is integrated into the living room. The living room is furnished with a television with satellite reception, a DVD player and a radio. You can also use the ironing board and the flat iron. Both bungalows have free Wi-Fi.

Each bungalow boasts a partially covered patio, which offers gorgeous views over the community pool, the mountainous surroundings and the ocean. The highlight of the property is the salt water community pool (no chlorine). The spacious community garden boasts a barbecue area. Pets are welcome upon request. Please note that the garden is only partially fenced in. A parking space is available on the property.

The bungalows are located on the edge of Las Norias, about 4,5 km from shopping facilities and 3,2 km to the sandy beach. The nearest restaurant and public transport can be found about 1 km from the house. The airport is about 32 km from the house.

    “Das gepflegte Ferienhaus ist prima ausgestattet und hat eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool und das Meer. Einfach traumhaft. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und reinigen wöchentlich das Haus und wechseln auch die Wäsche. Es liegt ausreichend Wäsche bereit, für Bad, Pool und auch Küche. Das ist super. Die Küche ist äußerst gut ausgestattet, es gibt sogar eine elektrische Saftpresse und Vesperdosen für die Wanderungen. Das Haus liegt außerhalb des Dorfes, sehr ruhig und einsam. Das hat uns gut gefallen, da wir uns in der Ruhe gut erholen konnten. Wunderbarer Meerblick und schöne Anfahrt auf das Haus durch eine Anliegerstraße, gesäumt von herrlichen Gräsern.”
