Holiday villa with a luxurious interior and an extensive site with a pool
The villa was rebuilt on the foundations of an old Istrian house that was built in the middle of the 19th century. The former house was at the centre of a large agricultural estate that comprised a farm building, barns for domestic animals and so on.
The site has a total area of 1500m². The house measures 140m² and has three floors. The villa has air conditioning, has a luxurious interior and is fully furnished. It provides four bedrooms, of which three have double beds and one has two single beds. There is also a big dining room and a living room with an open fireplace. The bathroom with a shower and WC features an exclusive design. A perfectly harmonising kitchen rounds off the accommodation. Wireless Internet access and air conditioning are available.
There are three balconies/terraces measuring a total of 100m². You can also find a barbecue area, as well as a big pool with massage jets.
