The house is near the centre of Pakoštane, but nevertheless in a quiet area with little car traffic. From here you can enjoy the view of the sea, just a few minutes walk from the beach (500m).
The house spread over two floors can either be rented as a whole or as individual apartments for up to five people. It is modern (built in 2013) and the accommodation has light rooms. All the apartments have a well-equipped kitchen with an oven, fridge, microwave, hob and dishwasher. They also have two bedrooms and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. It is suitable for senior citizens.
The owner speaks English, German, French and Italian.

It is a small village with 3890 inhabitants, right by the sea, just 35km south-east of Zadar and 40km north-west of Sibenik. Folkloric evenings, concerts, sights, various sports and trips can be booked locally. There is a bus stop just 300 metres from the accommodation. You can also go on trips to the most famous national parks in the country: Krka (47km), Paklenica (75km) and Plitvice (150km).
