This beautiful house is located in the outskirt of the town Rijeka. Thanks to its location, it is an ideal starting point for visiting all the attractions of the town and the natural beauty of the surroundings. The proximity to the motorway and local roads provide the opportunity to reach easily the well known tourist towns of Opatija, Crikvenica and the island of Krk. In the basement there is a kitchen and a living room, which will serve you perfectly while you spend the time at the pool or prepare meals at the BBQ. Exterior stairs are leading to the ground floor where there is a spacious living and dining area with kitchen and two bedrooms while at the first floor are three bedrooms.
