Quietly located holiday apartments with a balcony, near the old town of Split
The two holiday apartments for two and five people are just ten to fifteen minutes on foot from the old town of Split, in a quiet town district, but near the centre.
Each apartment has its own balcony. A private parking space is available in the rear courtyard. The owner can provide a free transport service into the town centre or to the beach.
The beach is about 1400 metres away and the town centre with restaurants and supermarkets about 1000 metres away. You can find all everyday essentials within 100 metres, such as a supermarket, bars and restaurants, a bank and ATMs, money exchange, the municipal bus line, a pharmacy and an organic market, where you can buy fresh, home-grown fruit and vegetables.

The 38m² holiday apartment is on the second floor and can accommodate two people. It has a bathroom with a shower, toilet, washbasin and bidet. There is also a big bedroom with a cupboard, TV and double bed (180 x 200cm). The kitchen has a dining space with a table and two chairs and is equipped with hotplates, a fridge, a microwave, a coffee machine and a kettle. There is air conditioning in the kitchen and in the bedroom. Cable TV and Internet access are also available.
