Holiday apartment with quality fittings and furnishing, with a balcony, classified as five-star by DTV

The 90m² holiday apartment was newly furnished and decorated in October 2014 with attention to detail. It is on the third floor of a residential house with a lift.

All the rooms have generous and modern furnishing. The kitchen has a cooking island with seating, ideal for communicating. It is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The colours, furnishing, wallpaper and pictures harmonise in each room. In the living room you would think you are in Rome. It has a comfortable corner sofa and digital TV with a DVD player. Everything is very comfortable and also set up for a longer holiday. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140 x 200cm), the other with a double bed consisting of two mattresses (90 x 200c). There is also a supplementary bed for a fifth person (90 x 200cm). There is a dream bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, washbasin and WC. Free wireless Internet access is available.

The apartment also has a covered balcony with seating. You can park your car on the free parking space right on site.

The apartment was classified as five-star by DTV in 2014.

IMPORTANT: Children under 10 years of age are not allowed in this property by the owners' association. We hope for your understanding.

    “The property was immaculate, clean and functional. We were three adults and a child using the two bedrooms with four adult single beds. More people would have made the place less comfortable as living rooms then would be needed for sleeping. The property was well kitted out with quality products and a full range of cooking utensils. Uwe, the owner, met us at the flat and was very welcoming with good English.
    For us, the property was a base for exploring Hamburg and northern Germany - rather than a place to be for the holiday - for this it was perfect. The train station is five minutes walk which made it easy to get in and out of Hamburg. Good bakery and supermarket within 15 mins walk.”

    “Das Objekt befindet sich in einer Wohngegend in einem unscheinbaren Mehrfamilienhaus aus den 70-iger Jahren in Halstenbek Von aussen ist das Gebäude in die Jahre gekommen, innen (Treppenhaus, Fahrstuhl) jedoch sauber. Die Wohnung selbst ist geräumig, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Alle notwendigen Dinge (Küche, etc.) sind vorhanden und in sehr gutem Zustand. Das Objekt entspricht voll und ganz den Fotos - also sehr gut. Als Manko stellt sich heraus, dass es keine Rollläden gibt, so dass eine Verdunkelung schwer möglich ist. Bei heißem Wetter wird die Wohnung sehr warm. Klimaanlage leider nicht vorhanden. Das Lüften über Fenster funktioniert dank Insektengitter gut, Nachteil. Der Lärm durch die angrenzende Bahnlinie ist deutlich zu hören und beeinträchtigt den Nachtschlaf. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und bemüht, stellte uns für einen Konzertbesuch seinen privaten Parkplatz an der Trabrennbahn zur Verfügung - also in dieser Hinsicht alles Bestens.”
