    “Wunderschönes Haus in absoluter Alleinlage.Jacuzzi war ein Highlight !
    Ein Punkt Abzug gibt es für die Heizung.
    Es ist schon richtig, das es, wie beschrieben eine Zentralheizung gibt.
    Unerwähnt bleibt aber das diese Zentralheizung nur in Verbindung mit dem selbst zu befeuernden Kamin funktioniert!!!
    Wir waren Anfang Mai dort, es war noch recht kühl. Das Haus liegt ja auch auf fast 600m. Man war vom Prinzip her immer mit heizen beschäftigt, was am Anfang noch Spass gemacht hat. Wenn man dann aber frühmorgens aufsteht, muss man im kalten Haus erstmal den Kamin säubern, Asche entsorgen und neues Feuer machen.Und dann dauert es natürlich auch eine Weile bis alle Heizkörper warm werden.
    Holz war ausreichend vorhanden, auch Kohleanzünder und Streichhölzer.
    In der Beschreibung steht auch, das Haus sei winterfest.....
    Stimmt in dem Fall nur bedingt, es sei denn man bringt einen Heizer mit.
    Der Vermieter war sehr nett, auch die Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut geklappt.”
