Holiday house with heated pool and large garden. This is a villetta just 100 metres from the sandy beach. The house is suitable for seven people. It is air conditioned and habitable in all seasons. It offers three large and light bedrooms with double beds and a view of the infinity swimming pool with salt heated water and the evergreen garden. There are two large bathrooms with a shower and WC, as well as a living room with a dining table. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary electric appliances. There is also a laundry room. You will soon feel at home here. Wireless Internet access, satellite TV, a CD player, a DVD player, board games, a WII console are all provided. On arrival, the owners provide you with a stock of mineral water (sparkling and still), Coca Cola, lemonade, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, homemade olive oil, Nutella, jam, crackers, milk, almond milk, margarine, biscuits, lemons (cultivated on site), seasonal fruit, dried fruit and so on.

The house is surrounded by a 2000 m² garden with Mediterranean vegetation and an English lawn, as well as olive trees. There is a beautiful infinity swimming pool measuring 6 x 12 metres with salt heated water, which can be used in the evening. You can also sunbath here in the large solarium. There are deckchairs and parasols, a shower and barbecue. The swimming pool is open all year round.

The property is completely fenced and access is via a remote-control gate. Parking, infinity swimming pool and garden are shared with the owner who lives in the upper floor.

The eight baroque towns in the Val di Noto are within easy access: Caltagirone, Militello Val di Catania, Catania, Modica, Noto, Palazzolo, Ragusa and Scicli. There are shops and restaurants about 500 metres away.

Nature lovers could visit beautiful beaches, nature reserves such as “Riserva Naturale di Vendicari” and “Cava Grande del Cassibile” with its beautiful lakes. You could climb Mount Etna, the biggest European volcano, discovering enchanting south-eastern and Ionian villages by the sea such as Donnalucata, Marzamemi, Porto Palo di Capo Passero, Acicastello, Riposto, Giardini Naxos an Taormina. In south-eastern Sicily you could enjoy many enchanting castles, such as “Castello di Donnafugata” in Ragusa, or “Principi di Biscari” in Acate, “Castello di Brucoli” or “Castellaccio di Scicli”, or “Castello Maniace o Svevo” in Ortigia. There are memorable archeological sites: the ancient city of Kamarina, Parco Forza in the Cava d’Ispica, the necropolis of Ragusa and necropolis of Pantalica, Helorus archeological site, Greek theatre at Siracusa, Greek-Roman city of Morgantina, or “Villa Romana del Casale” of Piazza Armerina.

    “Ausstattung und Lage des Hauses waren top. Der Ortskern ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Entfernung zum Strand max. 100 m. In der Hausbeschreibung wurde leider nicht mitgeteilt das der Eigentümer in der oberen Etage wohnt. Somit mietet man eigentlich kein Ferienhaus sondern eine Ferienwohnung.”
