This two-storey house is located in Diakopto, a town in the regional district of Achaia in the northwestern Peloponnese. On the first floor there is a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a spacious living room, through which you can access a large veranda overlooking the sea. From the second floor you can enjoy a very nice sea view. In addition to a barbecue, you will also benefit from a beautiful garden on the waterfront, and a stone beach extends only 5 meters from the property. The beautiful surroundings promise you a relaxing vacation. The port city of Patras is 54 km away.

    “Die Lage ist toll. Die Sicht aus dem Haus über der Golf von Korinth ist traumhaft. Der Preis ist fair.
    Allerdings wurde das Haus nach Fertigstellung scheinbar nie genutzt. Es fehlt an allem möglichen (Töpfe, Wäschetrockenständer, Schüsseln, Stühle usw.) Der Fernseher steht im Keller und kann nicht angeschlossen werden. Die Glühlampen hängen an Drähten aus der Decke und den Wänden.
    Ansonsten ist die Ausstattung eher guter Durchschnitt.
    Die Dame welches das Haus pflegt, war sehr bemüht. Sie hat noch fehlende Gegenstände zum Teil aus ihrem Haushalt zur Verfügung gestellt. Leider brachte sie zur Abnahme einen grobschlächtigen Herrn mit und bat in seinem Beisein unverblühmt um Geld.
