The modern and well-furnished holiday apartment is on the first floor of the owner’s house and has a separate entrance. The car parking is right in front of the main door. The living room has a sleeping couch. The rural area near Greifswalder Bodden is also close to the sea side resort of Lubmin. University and Hanseatic town of Greifswald can be visited for their cultural diversity and recreational facilities. It is an excellent starting point for a day trip to the neighbouring islands of Rügen and Usedom and to Stralsund and Wolgas, as well.
