Villa Stauri is a newly renovated house in original Istrian style, located in the small village Krculi near Zminj. The house was built in 1927 and fully renovated in 2014.
During the reconstruction of the house were used purely traditional materials which gave this house its authenticity with a touch of tradition, combined with high comfort of a rural house. The house is fully air conditioned and equipped with attractive rustic furniture. The villa is situated on its own enclosed garden, with a well maintained lawn where the guests have on their disposal an outdoor pool, terrace with sitting set, grill, separate toilet and private parking for 3 cars.
Near the house is a typical Istrian tavern with a beautiful garden, which offers authentic Istrian dishes and which works only by prior announcement. The tavern is household by the owners who also live near the house.
Villa for 6 persons with a total living area of 180 sqm, located on two floors. At the ground floor there is a living room with sitting area, kitchen and dining room, relax room with a hydromassage tub and a fitness running track, a separate toilet, bedroom with double bed, private bathroom with bathtub. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with double bed, each with a private bathroom with bath and exit to a terrace.
