Holiday apartment at the heart of the historic centre of Cefalù

This holiday apartment is located at the heart of the historic centre of Cefalù, right opposite the Palazzo Osteria Magno. The apartment is about 100 metres from the cathedral and about 200 metres from the sea. This apartment of around 90m² is on the first floor of a house from the previous century and was renovated in 2014. You enter the apartment into the living room, which has a sofa bed (160 x 190cm), a flatscreen TV (32”) and a table. The apartment also has a large bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200cm), a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200cm), which can also be joined together as a double bed, two bathrooms with a shower, a dining room and a kitchen, equipped with a gas stove (six flames), oven, coffee machine, kettle and fridge with freezer compartment. The holiday apartment can be partially air conditioned and heated. Wireless Internet access is available. The two bedrooms have a balcony overlooking Corso Ruggero and Palazzo Osteria Magno. In the same building there is a laundry room with a washing machine for your own exclusive use. Please note that there is no parking available in the historic centre. About 700 metres from the holiday apartment there is a large, private, payable car park. There are free parking spaces about a kilometre from the holiday apartment. The apartment is conveniently located for exploring the town. You do not need a car, as the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, and the most important sights are within walking distance.
