The villa is the ideal holiday accommodation for those who value peacefulness, privacy, natural surroundings and the sea. It is in the little village of Nova on the island of Korcula, right by the beach, with a wonderful view of the sea and the little islands. The house is a stone villa, built in a Dalmatian style, surrounded by a park with typical Mediterranean vegetation, with a private path running through it to the beach. The villa consists of a ground floor and a first floor. The ground floor has a kitchen, dining room with fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the first floor there are an aperitif bar with a pool table, two bedrooms with wooden floors, a bathroom and a balcony. This floor is accessed via outdoor stairs. All the rooms have air conditioning. Two of the four bedrooms have a three-quarter bed (150 x 190cm) and the other two each have two single beds (90 x 195cm).
The house has a large, partially roofed terrace with comfortable lounge furniture. You can relax by the pool and use the outdoor grill for preparing meals. Plenty of deckchairs are provided. There is also a small pergola providing shade from the sun.
There are two parking spaces on site for parking your cars safely.
