You have a unique opportunity to live in this wonderful country house, originally part of a four-winged farm,whose main house is rented. The house consists of a first floor with a large bright kitchen that opens against the living room. In the kitchen there is a double dishwasher and a double refrigerator, both built as drawers in the kitchen elements, and a staircase to the victuals room/basement; boiling water for coffee or tea is tapped from a special tap on the sink. From the kitchen/living room you come out onto terraces facing south, where there is a lovely thatched terrace house with barbecue and dining areas. There is also a hallway/laundry room with access to the second floor via a small staircase along with a bathroom without underfloor heating. Otherwise, there is underfloor heating throughout the house - even under the beautiful white-pigmented plank flooring. At the common area, you have a living room with French doors that let the light in nicely. Further on you come to yet another hallway with access via a dignified staircase to the bathroom and a bedroom. The first floor has an open ceiling to the roof top, a nice living room with large window sections so you can enjoy the beautiful view over the water, three bedrooms and besides the sofa group also a couch. Both on the first floor and on the second floor you have a flat screen TV, on the second floor you can only receive the free Danish channels and TV2. For children there is 3-in-1 game table with billiards, table soccer and air field hockey. The whole glory is situated on a 5900 m² plot. (The janitor lives in the side wing.) By walking only 200 meters you can enjoy a great view of the hills Klint Bakker. Bring the family and coffee and enjoy the sunset over the Kattegat - a more beautiful place you can look for a long time. Or take a walk on the beach, experience the stone columns, a uniqueAirhockey.The appearance created by the German artist Udo Leis, and after that many passers-by have imitated him.
The ice age landscape in Odsherred is unique ? and crucial for the Odsherred of the present. That is why Odsherred is a Geopark. Take a trip on the barrow road and experience the Ice Age landscape, the barrows of the Stone Age and the barrows of the Bronze Age, the souls in Ulkerup, Hempel Glass Museum, Odsherred Museum, the spring Thorskilde at the meadow Kongeengen (does it have magic powers?). The castle Næsholm Borg, which stands on a small island in the lake Nygård Sø between Højby and Nykøbing Sjælland. The nature school with its many activities from hunting for sea delicacies, expeditions in the forest, butterfly safari to troll and fox excursion. Hovvig Nature Reserve, a man-made wetland with a rich bird life. Children will love seeing the many fire engines at the Odsherred Fire Museum. Close to Sommerland Sjælland with plenty of amusements for children and the young at heart. Close to three golf courses, Odsherred Zoo in Asnæs, Dragsholm Slot from the 13th century, where the white ghost is said to peddle. The castle is unique and beautifully situated on Nekselø Bay, and here you can also enjoy a culinary experience of dishes made from local ingredients. Also worth a visit is the town of Nykøbing Sjælland with numerous shopping opportunities, several supermarkets and an atmospheric shopping street with specialty stores and cafes. Or visit Rørvig and enjoy the atmosphere at the harbor, where you can buy and enjoy freshly caught and newly smoked fish every day, while your children catch crabs from the pier.
