A chalet with a garden and a pond, in a holiday park

This chalet with three bedrooms is in a luxurious holiday park on a country estate, near the towns Apeldoorn, Amersfoort and Voorthuizen. It is by a decorative pond, with exotic fish, has a big garden and offers ample privacy.



All the rooms are on the ground floor and the house has central heating. The spacious living room provides comfortable sofas, a TV and a dining corner with six chairs. The kitchen is fully-equipped, including a dishwasher, combined microwave, gas stove, extractor fan, large fridge with freezer compartment, plenty of cutlery and crockery. There are three bedrooms. One has a box spring double bed, the second has two box spring single beds and the third has a single bed. The high-quality mattresses all measure 90 x 200cm. Bed linen and towels are included. The bathroom has a shower, WC, washbasin and extractor fan.



The terrace provides a dining corner, a grill and two loungers, as well as a parasol. The chalet is by a charming pond with seating. Please do not feed the fish with bread, it is better to buy carp feed. A garden shed/storage room is available for keeping bicycles. There is a parking space by the house.



Free Wi-Fi Internet access up to a volume of 1GB.



The holiday park offers many amenities, such as a heated indoor/outdoor pool with a kids’ pool, a sauna, an infrared cabin, bowling, playgrounds, a fish pond, football cage, snack bar, restaurant, riding, minigolf, ball bath, party room and during the high season an entertainment team. You can also wash and dry laundry at the park. Plenty of entertainment is available in the area, for all ages, such as Juliana Toren, zoos, leisure parks, water park and the Delfinariu, Harderwijk. It is about 2km to a golf course.

    “Een mooi verzorgd en schoon huisje met riante tuin aan de vijver. Van 10.15 tot 23.15 uur is de fontein aan. Dit kan in begin iets storend zijn en is even wennen, maar heeft zeker zijn schoonheid verdient! De BBQ op het terras is ook mooi om een avond gezellig gebruik van te maken. Positiv: Dit huisje zit aan een vijver met koi-karpers gelegen. Iedere keer kwamen deze ons begroeten. We konden heerlijk aan het water zitten. De rust en stilte deed ons erg goed. Een mooi verzorgde tuin maakte alles compleet.
    Het huisje is dichtbij het zwembad en snackbar. Negativ: Dat er veel vliegen waren, maar ook hier was aan gedacht door de eigenaren door een insectenkiller aan te sluiten in huis. Restaurant: Hapas bij de Gasterij - Op het park zelf zit een restaurant. Zij bieden een onbeperkt menu aan voor €26.95 per persoon, (kinderen betalen gereduceerd tarief) met uitzondering van drankjes. Dit was heel erg lekker. Voor de kinderen ook een leuke speel gelegenheid! Ausflüge: Schateiland - Voor kinderen erg leuk om dag te beleven. Groot overdekt speelparadijs maar ook buiten veel te doen.”

    “Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in einer traumhaften Umgebung direkt an einem kleinen See. Vollständig eingerichtetes Haus mit allem, was für den Urlaub benötigt wird: Geschirrspülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Herd, Backofen, sehr gute Heizung, viel Geschirr, Gläser, Tassen und Besteck. Sehr ruhige Lage mit Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Sehr schöne Terrasse in einem großen Garten.”

    “Das Haus hat wohl schon einige Jahre auf dem Buckel, die Lage ist sehr schön, leider der Garten sehr
    ungepflegt, Rasen war allerdings gemäht. Am Grillrost hing das Fleisch noch von den Vormietern. Auf dem ersten Blick war das Haus sauber, bei näheren Hinsehen konnten doch einige Mängel festgestellt werden, so müsste die Küche komplett gereinigt werden (€ 65,-- Endreinigung!?).

    Die Auflagen auf den Polstern im Schlafzimmer müssen erneuert oder gereinigt werden, alles voller Flecken. Der Wasserhahn im Bad muss dringend befestigt werden! Die "vorhandenen" Auflagen für die Stühle im Außenbereich müssen erneuert werden (sehr schlecht). Eine Bedienungsanleitung für den Mikrowellenherd wäre sehr hilfreich.
    WLAN im Haus funktionierte nicht. Leider im Ferienpark keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Brötchen in ca.4 km Entfernung.”
