Holiday cottage with swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna on approx. 1200 m² large natural plot in one of the mostpopular cottage areas on Langeland. From the covered terrace, pool room and whirlpool you have views of the open fields and can enjoy the sunrise. From the other terrace you can enjoy the sunset.

With its 124 m² the house is well-furnished with 4 good bedrooms and agood bathroom which means there is plenty of room for 2 familiessharing.

The bathroom has a 2-persons whirlpool and a sauna for relaxation afteran active day.

There are various activities to enjoy, e.g. table football and bob.

The kitchen is centrally located adjacent to the dining room with TV,DVD player etc. From here you have access to the pool room where you canfrolic in the pool every day.

The house has energy-efficient heat pumps and geothermal heating.

There is both a covered and open terrace connected to the living roomwhere you can enjoy the sun and warm summer nights. There is swing, slide and sandpit as well as a football goal inthe garden. Here you will also find a fire ring for roasting marshmallows.

No letting to youth groups.
