The position is ideal for excursions to the main touristic places in Tuscany and for visits of the characteristic hamlets which you will find everywhere. Panoramic view over the valley up to the castle “Rocca di Radicofani”. Private, fenced property with well-kept lawn and equipped pergola for outdoor dinners. Children’s games. Swimming pool with equipped sun terrace (deck chairs and sunbeds). In two bedrooms you will find a French bed (width 1,30 m), suitable for children or young couples only. Tasteful, comfortable furniture with some characteristic, antique furniture pieces. Access to the house by 2 km unmade track. Distances: Celle sul Rigo 2 km (alimentary shops, restaurant), 7 km San Casciano dei Bagni (thermal baths), 14 km Radicofani, 24 Km Cetona, 34 km the lake Bolsena, 45 km Pienza, 46 km Montepulciano, 60 km Orvieto, 80 km Siena. Included in the rental: 4 hours domestic help per week (on Wednesday).

    “Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, der Pool ist sehr sauber und hat eine ideale Größe.
    Die Anfahrt führt über einen sehr steilen Weg, alles machbar einfach nicht erschrecken.:)
    Die Ausstattung, speziell die Sofas und Matratzen sind gewöhnungsbedürftig.
    Matratzen waren eher hart und das Sofa schon sehr durch gesessen.
    Optisch aber in einem guten Zustand.
    Die Badezimmer sind sauber und in Schuss, nur einzelne Fugen sollten wieder einmal erneuert werden.
    Ansonsten hatten wir eine super Zeit, wir waren bis zu 7 Personen welche gut im Haus Platz gefunden haben. Durch den großen Esstisch konnten auch alle gemeinsam Essen.
    Das macht Laune.:)”
