This holiday flat is located in a housing complex with a community pool in a mountain village in the Elviria-Alta in the Marbella Region, inland, yet only a few kilometres from the beach. It is located on the second floor.
The spacious holiday flat will charm you with its comfortable and high end furnishings. The flat boasts two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a comfortable living/dining room with a fireplace, a fully furnished, separate kitchen and a laundry room with a washing machine behind the kitchen on 95 m². The first bedroom is furnished with a 180 cm x 200 cm double bed. On either side of the bed are a nightstand and a reading lamp. Additionally, the en suite bathroom boasts a round bathtub, a Mediterranean style sink and a large mirror and a toilet. The second bedroom is popular as a children's room and is furnished with two single beds 80 cm x 180 cm. This bedroom also has an en suite bathroom with a shower cabin. Both bedrooms grant access to the balcony. At the heart of the apartment is the comfortable living room with a sofa and two chairs and footstools. Enjoy the satellite television and DVD player after spending the day exploring the region. The fireplace gives of a warm atmosphere. There is also a round dining table with a bench for communal meals. The living room, decorated with war colours, grants access to the patio. The separate kitchen is equipped with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 300 litre freezer, a stove, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle and a microwave. The living room, the bedrooms and the entrance area are equipped with an air conditioning unit (heating/cooling).
The 20 m², sunny patio, accessible from the living room, is furnished with a table and chairs. Enjoy your sun downer here! A winding staircase leads up to the 40 m² roof terrace with a small pool and stunning views of the mountains and the ocean. The views are absolutely beautiful from up here. The holiday complex also boasts a pool area with three adult und two kiddie pools. Parking is available on a private parking spot in front of the apartment.
The homeowners are from Germany, Spain, England and Belgium. Only few are rented, ensuring peace and quiet.
Please note, that a car is mandatory for exploring the area. It is about a seven minute drive to Elviria. In Elviria, you can find a mall, restaurants and a bar. The region is very quiet and offers the lovely combination of stunning ocean views, beach holidays and hiking/trekking opportunities. Several beautiful golf courses are located nearby. It is only a three minute drive to the closest golf course and nine minutes to a beautiful sandy beach. It is only eight kilometres to the old town of Marbella and 12 minutes to the exclusive Nikki Beach Marbella Club. It is about a 6 minute drive to shopping facilities, including as fresh fish, in Mercadona. It is about 50 kilometres to Malaga. We highly recommend taking a trip here.
