Holiday apartment in a small holiday complex (max. 50 accommodations) close to the beach between the Riviera of Palms and the Riviera of Flowers. The holiday apartment is located on the 1st floor (without lift) of a small house and has a living room with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. From the living room there is access to a large equipped terrace for outdoor dining. Included for our guests: 2 x cleaning per week (Wednesday and Saturday, on request on arrival), linen change on request, laundry service, tennis court, swimming pool (1 for adults, 1 for children), playground, bicycles, babysitting, transfer from Genoa airport to the facility (reservation at the time of booking). Against payment on site: pool bar, restaurant-pizzeria (live music once a week). Outdoor areas with fruit trees are available to customers. The farm produces its own olive oil: guests can actively participate in the olive harvest in autumn and see for themselves how the extra virgin olive oil, so renowned in Liguria, is produced. Ideal for a beach holiday, for cycling tours along the longest coastal cycle path in Europe, which connects Sanremo with San Lorenzo a Mare, for visits to the Santuario dei Cetacei (marine mammal sanctuary) in Bergeggi (26 km) and Borgio Verezzi with one of the most beautiful hamlets in Italy and its caves (2.9 km). Triora (the village of witches) 96 km away and the fashionable town of Alassio with its characteristic narrow streets 26 km away. P. ILL349 - ILL353.
