Quietly situated holiday apartment with a garden, a terrace and a grill, in the midst of the recreational area, in an ideal location for hiking, as well as skiing

This is a comfortably furnished holiday apartment with a garden on the ground floor of a house adjoining the owner’s house. Your holiday residence is at the heart of the village of Tanne with 500 souls, which is a state-recognised recreational area in the valley of the Warme Bode, in the midst of the upper Harz region. It is at an altitude of 460 to 540 metres and is surrounded by lovely forests and tangy and fragrant meadows. Owing to its sheltered location, Tanne offers ideal conditions for a relaxing stay with lasting benefits.



The separately accessed holiday apartment provides 60m² of living space, comprising two generous bedrooms, a cosy living room with an integrated kitchen unit, and a daylight shower room. Both bedrooms ensure a good night’s sleep in a generous double bed measuring 180 x 200cm, with bedside tables and reading lamps on either side. They also each have a wardrobe for storing your luggage. The centrepiece of the apartment is the living room, which is accessed from the hallway. On the left there is the open single kitchen in the front part of the room. You go past a microwave to the living and dining room with a very comfortable sitting corner, with a two-seater sofa and an armchair, arranged round a high coffee table that functions as a dining table. You can enjoy relaxing here in the evening after a day trip, with the flatscreen TV with a USB port and a DVD player providing entertainment. A CD player with a radio will provide a musical backdrop to your stay. The light bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a mirror, a WC, a hairdryer and a bathroom window. All the rooms have central heating.



In front of the apartment there is a terrace with garden furniture in the middle of the garden, where you can enjoy meals outdoors and benefit from the extensive view of the hilly, green surroundings. You can use the chimney grill for a sociable grill evening. A parking space is available on site.



There is a restaurant 200 metres away awaiting your visit. There are shops 4km away. Active and sporty guests will enjoy the tennis court and the cross-country skiing piste 600 metres away. There is a wide network of cycling and hiking trails, inviting you to go on hiking tours and leisurely walks. The ski piste is just 12km away, so this apartment is also the right choice for a winter holiday.
