The renovated, spacious apartment offers 56 m2 for six people. It has a bathroom with shower, washing machine and toilet, and two bedrooms, each bedroom has air conditioning. The first bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm), while the second has a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a single bed (90 x 200 cm). In the living room-kitchen there is also a sofa bed. In front of the kitchen there is a dining room. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine and kettle, dishes and pots.



The 21 m2 balcony is equipped with a table, chairs and deck chairs. Here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the bay in the morning with breakfast or in the evening with a special sunset. Split can be seen in the distance. In the yard, there is a table and a charcoal grill. Near the house, there is a parking space.



The nearest grocery store and a pizzeria restaurant are 400 meters from the apartments. Within a radius of 600 meters there are various types of beaches and Hotel Le Meridien. The apartment is only nine kilometers from the historic center of Split and Diocletian's Palace, ideal for day trips to visit world-famous cultural and historical heritage sites.



What we recommend to our guests, in addition to the obligatory tour of Split, are a tour of Salona, Klis, Trogir, Omis, the islands of Brac and Hvar, the waterfalls of the river Krka.

    Äußerst nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Preis war ok.

    “Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt für den Familienurlaub. Die Wohnung findet sich in der Realität exakt so, wie das auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt und sauber. Die Vermieterin ist sehr, sehr nett und hilft gerne. SIe war via Handy immer zu erreichen (natürlich nicht mitten in der Nacht). Der Ausblick von der großen Terrasse aus ist atemberaubend. Das Haus liegt auf einer Anhöhe - zu Fuß kann man Podstrana zwar in wenigen Minuten erreichen, aber z.B.für Einkäufe würde ich den Wagen nehmen. Ich kann diese Wohnung mit einem ablsolut ruhigen Gewissen ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.”

    “Ausstattung völlig ok. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus befindet sich auf der Hügel, aber dafür bekommt man ein Traumaugenblick, der ist nicht zu schlagen, einfach Top.”

    “Die Ausstattung war zweckgemäß und sauber, das Grundstück sehr gepflegt. Der große Balkon mit der Panoramaaussicht ist nicht zu toppen! Die Vermieter sind sehr gute Gastgeber, wir wurden mit traditionellen Essen und Trinken herzlich empfangen. Sie waren jederzeit hilfsbereit und sehr um unser Wohl bemüht. Sehr kinderfreundlich. Die Lage ist ein kleiner Minuspunkt, mit kleinen Kindern und bei Gluthitze ist der Gang vom Meer bis zur Unterkunft, durch den steilen Anstieg, etwas beschwerlich, aber der Blick von oben entschädigt für alles. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, auch außerhalb der Saison, sind innerhalb weniger Gehminuten erreichbar. Größere Einkaufszentren erreicht man innerhalb 5- 10 Minuten mit dem Auto.”
