In the peaceful village of Fjærland there is restaurant, glacier museum and in summer a great book market with used books. Make your vacation unforgettable by climbing mountain peaks, kayaking and hiking on glaciers. If you want to fish, you can try your luck in the fjord or river. Just an hour's drive away is Sogndalsfjøra with several good restaurants and stores. Visit Sogndal with the Sogn Folkemuseum and the stave church Kaupanger (12th century).
