This house is part of a farm dating back to the 16th century, in the Hautes Fagnes nature reserve. The kitchen has ceramic hobs. Waimes is a municipality with the highest altitude in Belgium. You can go for beautiful walks in the area all year round or go skiing in winter. The homeowner has been renting out holiday homes for over 30 years. The owner extends a warm welcome and provides you with all the relevant information so that you can fully enjoy your holiday. Cot and high chair are available on request.

You can visit the authentic villages of Montenau, Stavelot, Spa, the pretty town of Malmedy or Monschau in Germany. The Reinhardstein Castle and the dam in Bütgenbach located amid lush green surroundings are also worth a visit. The cottage is located 7 km away from Ovifat, where the ski slopes are opened when there is enough snow. During your stay in East Belgium, you can visit the Hautes Fagnes-Eifel Nature Park, where you can stroll through the beautiful landscape. Riding stables are located 500 metres away. There is also a go-kart track nearby. You also have an opportunity to go on a donkey ride here.
