These two modern holiday apartment enjoy an ideal summer holiday location in the small town of Diklo in the heart of Dalmatia, only 10m away from the sea and beach. It is an ideal accommodation for all those who want to spend a relaxing holiday far away from the tourist crowds yet only a short walk from the village centre.

Right in front of the house (approx. 10 m away) is the concrete beach and a boat landing stage. Here you can enjoy a wide range of water sports (diving, sailing, surfing, water skiing and canoeing)

The nearest sandy beaches (Zaton and Nin) are also only approx. 2 km away. The village of Diklo is located approximately 6 km northwest of Zadar and thanks to its easily accessible beaches is a popular holiday destination for the whole family. In the centre of Diklo, which you find approx. 100 m away from your holiday apartment, you will find shops, cafes, restaurants, pizza parlours, a fish and a vegetable market, an ATM, a tourist information centre and even a tennis court. A bus stop is right across the road (50 m), offering frequent connections to the center of Zadar. Other activities on offer in the vicinity include paragliding, walking-, hiking- and mountain biking tours. You can take a ferry to the islands of Osljak and Ugljan (a 15 mins journey).

This fully air conditioned (hot/cold), 45 m² mezzanine apartment occupies the upper level of the three-storey house. An outer staircase leads up to your apartment with its own separate entrance, guaranteeing privacy. It features a living-/dining area with integrated open plan kitchen and a mezzanine bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Rustic stone walls combined with contemporary furnishings create a modern country house atmosphere. The living area is furnished with a stylish metal frame sofa, cable and satellite TV, a radio and a wooden dining table with four matching chairs. The top modern fitted kitchen is complete with four hob cooker, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, electric kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine. A wide wooden staircase leads from the living area up to the mezzanine level where you will find a 140 cm x 200 cm double bed. The bright and airy modern bathroom has a generous shower cabin, a wash basin, wall mirror and a toilet. Reliable wireless internet access is available free of charge.

Two large wooden framed glass doors open off the living area directly onto the generous sun terrace which is a real highlight. Your private terrace is furnished with a dining table and four comfortable chairs. Here, you can relax with a good book or eat a meal while enjoying the stunning panoramic views across the sea and mountains. A parking space is available right outside the house.

Inside your holiday apartment you will find all the information you need about the sights and attractions the area has to offer, including city maps, tourist guides and information about restaurants, museums, bars and the nearby city of Zadar. Upon request, the landlord can provide a rental car. He also offers guided tours to the national parks in the surrounding area (Plitvice-, Krka-, Kornati- and Paklenica) as well as boat tours visiting the Croation islands and camping on the island fo Saharan.
