Cozy Holiday Home in Rømø With Beach Near

A holiday cottage located close to the beach. Combined kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove that can keep you warm on cool nights. There is a sunroom where you can relax with a book or a round of board games. Sheltered terraces with outdoor furniture. There is a sandbox and swing for children. The washing machine is placed in the garage (not for cars), found below the house. No letting to youth groups.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

    “Obwohl es sich um ein älteres Ferienhaus handelt, ist es - sicherlich auch auf Grund der durchgeführten Renovierungen - sehr wohnlich und kuschelig. Die Schlafräume sind ein wenig eng, reichen aber zum Schlafen völlig aus. Das gilt ebenfalls für das Badezimmer. Das große Plus des Hauses liegt im Wohn-/Esszimmer- und Küchenbereich, der durch die Fenster in drei Richtungen hell und lichtdurchflutet ist. Und zusätzlich gibt es dann noch den Wintergarten, der mit einem Esstisch und sechs Stühlen sowie einer gemütlichen Rattan-Sitzgruppe ebenfalls recht einladend ist. Die Nähe zur Hauptstraße hat den Wohnwert nicht beeinträchtigt, was möglicherweise an dem etwas geringerem Autoverkehr in der Nebensaison gelegen hat. Selbst jetzt im Oktober konnten wir eine der beiden Terrassen nutzen. Spielen konnten wir auf der durch Büsche geschützten Rasenfläche.”

    “Das Haus ist in einem ordentlichen Zustand. Anzumerken wäre lediglich, dass das zweite Schlafzimmer (Außenseite) an der Außenseite eine leichte Geruchsbildung hatte. Vermutlich Feuchtigkeit. Und der Besitzer sollte doch mal Zeitgemäß einen Internetanschluss, lan/w-lan Router nachrüsten. Sonst alles in Ordnung.”
