Holiday house in charming surroundings, with a covered terrace
This holiday house is quietly situated by the forest and near the lake.
The stylish, modern and family-friendly house was newly built in 2008 and provides an ample 100m² of space for six people. The interior leaves nothing to be desired. There are three bedrooms, two with a double bed (180 x 200cm), of which one is on the ground floor, and one with two single beds (90 x 200cm). There are also two bathrooms. The bathroom with a walk-in shower is on the ground floor. Central heating is available.
The covered terrace provides garden furniture and invites you to sit and relax.
The ‚Emspark Auenwald‘ where the house is located is right near the ‚Speicherbecken Geeste‘ (about 400 metres as the crow flies) and its lakes offer a range of recreational activities, with a beach 850 metres long with loungers and an adjoining playground. Events are regularly held here by the windsurfing club, and regattas by the sailing clubs. Of course you can also attend courses for beginners to the more advanced.
