Detached holiday house with a roofed terrace and sea view

This is a detached holiday house with a spacious terrace and a sea view, surrounded by a fenced garden. The house is quietly situated on a residential estate near the centre and the beach.

The house has 60m² of living space comprising two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room-kitchen with a pull-out sofa bed. The bedrooms each have a double bed (160 x 200cm and 160 x 190cm) with bedside tables and reading lamps on either side and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, a WC and a washing basin. It also has a washing machine, allowing longer stays. The centrepiece of the house is the living room-kitchen, which has a pull-out sofa bed (190 x 155cm when pulled out) for two people, a breakfast bar with a TV+SAT and an integrated kitchen, which is fully-equipped for self-catering, with a four-ring stove with an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, sink, microwave, toster, coffee mashine and kettle. You go past the dining table to access the terrace. There is air condition in the house.

A few steps lead you to the outside area. You can enjoy meals outdoors on the roofed 20m² terrace. You can sit at the dining table or relax on the canopy swing. Our guests can also use grill and solar shower in the garden.

The owner has the possibility to accomodate two extra people (6+2), if they are together, in basement. Basment will offer a little kitchen conected to a sleeping space (big sofa) and bathroom.

An authentic ambience awaits you in the restaurants in the little Dalmatian village, many of which offer fresh fish. You can relax on many sandy beaches, go on hikes to bird reserves and go on cycle tours. Owing to the ideal location, you can go on day trips to the historical towns of Zadar (35km) and Sibenik (40km). These towns can also be accessed by bus. Nature lovers will enjoy boat trips in Krka National Park with its waterfalls (50km away) and Paklenica (62km). In summer many local concerts and gastronomic events are held in town, and the spectacle “The Days of the Vrana Knight” evokes medieval history.

The price is reasonable.”

    “4 Personen, 2 Hunde. sehr sauber! alles top! die Vermieter sehr sehr nett, höflich und zuvorkommend. zum Strand sind es ca. 150-200 Meter und noch ca. 50 Meter weiter ist ein Hundestrand. das Haus und auch das rundrum eingezäunte Grundstück hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns mega wohl gefühlt.
    vielen lieben dank für die schöne und erholsame urlaubszeit.

    “Ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus. Die Ausstattung, insbesondere im Küchenbereich ist gut, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Und sogar die Messer sind scharf (Habe ich in vielen Ferienwohnungen schon anders erlebt).
    Die Lage ist hervorragend: In der Nähe zum Strand und doch weit genug entfernt, um dem Trubel zu entfliehen. Sehr schön auch die große und Überdachte Terrasse, wo man es auch an sehr heißen Nachmittagen gut aushält.
    Ein Highlight ist der gemauerte Grill mit Spülbecken nebenan, den wir oft genutzt haben.”

    “Ein schönes und gepflegtes (sehr sauber) Haus, welches mit allem Notwendigem ausgestattet ist. Wir wurden von der Familie ganz herzlich begrüßt und verabschiedet und haben uns von Beginn an sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein Highlight ist die größere Terrasse, wo wir auch bei heißen Temperaturen gerne draußen saßen. Draußen befindet sich eine moderne Solardusche, wo man sich direkt nach dem Strand im Freien warm abduschen kann. Dies ist ein großer Vorteil, weil man dann sauber ins Haus gehen kann. Auch der Grill hat uns sehr überzeugt. Wir haben dort gerne und mehrmals gegrillt. Die Vermieter haben uns alle Fragen gerne und ausführlich beantwortet. Wir würden uns immer wieder für dieses Haus entscheiden.”

    “Traumhaftes Haus. Alles da, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Auf der Terrasse die Seele baumeln lassen. Vermieter überaus bemüht. Sehr sauber. Absperrbarer Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Auch unser Hund war sehr willkommen.”
