Apartment with a beautiful balcony, very close to the sea

This spacious apartment is on the upper floor of a family house in Seget Vranjica, just four kilometres from the town of Trogir, which is a UNESCO world cultural heritage site, and five kilometres from Split airport.

The owners live on the ground floor of the house and the three-room apartment is on the upper floor, with its own separate entrance. It provides two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a big balcony. The balcony is on the sunny side and is fitted with an awning, providing some shade from the around 200 days of sunshine a year. The apartment also has air conditioning and a satellite dish. The beds all measure 205 x 97cm and the mattresses measure 190 x 90cm.

The breathtaking view of the sea, the town of Trogir, parking spaces, a barbecue available for use, a beautiful interior decor and a quiet location provide optimal conditions for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The house the apartment is part of was built in 1990 and renovated in 1997. The external façade was painted in 2014. The owners, a young married couple, speak English and Croatian.

The beach is 30 metres from the apartment and you can even sunbathe on the apartment balcony. There are shops and a restaurant 500 metres from the apartment. There is a tennis court about a kilometre from the apartment. Owing to the number of days of sunshine a year and the proximity to the beach, the apartment in the quiet little tourist area is the ideal place to stay and is available to let from the beginning of May to the end of October.
