Elegant house in a big place with brand new garden room

This house is located on private grounds, with an attractive location on -Vejrhoej- 360 degrees view as the highlight of Unesco GeoPark, near Fårevejle in the north western part of Zealand.

The house with brand new garden room amounts to approx. 110 m² and can accommodate up to four adults and one baby. It has an open entrance with access to the large living room with a table and chairs, a sofa bed (160 x 204 cm), a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a surround sound system with a tuner / CD / DVD player, and a fireplace . The house also has a large and beautifully decorated bedroom with a double bed (190 x 210 cm) and a smaller bedroom with a new double sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), additional bed, baby cot, large built-in cupboard with mirrors and a desk. The well-equipped kitchen with two chairs has a ceramic hob with four rings, an oven with grill, a microwave, a coffee maker, electric kettle and accessories for six people. It also has a large fridge with freezer (80 liters), dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom has a shower and toilet.

The house has a brand new garden room (20m²) with dining table. Good garden furniture, sun loungers and charcoal grill are available. There are also a number of fitness and play equipment, and there are two large bikes and 2 children's bikes. The garden room opens into the large private garden with a lawn with direct access to the forest. The area is approx. 1500m²

New in 2019: View plateau / Vejrhoej Vingaard and picnic area on the banks of the "wind source" just 300 m from the house.

Within 900 meters you can find Beach, Dragsholm Castle with Michelin Restaurant and Cafe, Castle ruins, with lots of history from the year 1100 and the "white lady". The golf club with an 18-hole course and Bothwell's restaurant and shops is 800 to 1000 meters away. Rema 1000 only 3 km. There is a large shopping center in Asnaes (5 km).
The whole area is filled with possible activities, such as beach, surfing, fishing, hiking, golf, galleries, museums, boat connections from Havnsø to Nekselø and Sejerø, Sommerland Sealland a water park, Vig Festival, GeoPark Festival and many gourmet experiences. There are 30 min. to Roskilde Vikinge Museum, one hour to Tivoli and Copenhagen Airport.
