This vacation home (100 m²) is the result of the renovation of an ancient stone country house. It is distributed on 2 floors and offers a covered veranda (14 m²) and a terrace (15 m²). Beautiful hilly position (630 m.a.s.l.), in Versilia, above Camaiore and near the small village of Metato, in an isolated panoramic wooded area, completely immersed in nature, the nearest inhabited houses are a few hundred meters away. Magnificent view of the sea, the Massaciuccoli ? Lake, to woods, hills and valley. Distances: Metato 2 km, Camaiore 7 km, Pietrasanta 15 km, Viareggio 16 km, Lucca 33 km, Pisa 39 km, the Cinque Terre 84 km, Florence 111 km.
