Five spacious holiday apartments in a farmhouse and its outbuilding. Peaceful position in the middle of a pleasant 400ha farm where olive oil and Vernaccia wine are produced, a renowned white wine typical of the San Gimignano area. Beautiful views of the countryside and the Chianti hills on the horizon. Access to the property along 1,5km of unpaved road. Reasonably comfortable rustic style furnishings. Central heating.


Distances: San Gimignano all kinds of shops 6km, Castelfalfi with golf course (18 holes) 20km, the Etruscan city of Volterra 30km, Siena 47km, Vagliagli with the ABV headquarters 49km, Florence 62km, Marina di Cecina with free and private beaches 71km, Pisa with airport 79km, Rome 301km.


At guests’ disposal: large lawn garden that is equipped and fenced-in with swimming pool (5m x 10m, depth 1.30m-2.20m, open 15/05 – 30/09). Reception (Telephone) 200m away (open Monday – Friday from 9:30am to 12:30pm, Saturday 4:00pm to 7:00pm, closed Sunday.  Internet Wi-Fi (free) close to the reception.


Please request when booking and to be paid on site: cooking lessons, wine tasting (minimum number of people requested) in the characteristic center of the farm 200m away.


Arrivals must take place before 7pm


First floor, access through a small loggia ideal for outdoor meals: dining room with large fireplace and SAT-TV, kitchen (oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher), two double bedrooms one of which with en suite bathroom with shower (window), one twin bedded room, bathroom with shower. Outdoor room on ground floor with washing machine.

20% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 61st day prior to arrival
50% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 35th day prior to arrival
80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
