Holiday apartment with a modern interior, in a very central location, just a five-minute walk from the beach
The apartment is situated very centrally and is on the second floor of a modern building with a lift.
The apartment can accommodate 2-4 people. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200cm), a living room with a pull-out sofa bed (140 x 200cm), a dining corner, a kitchen-diner, and a WC with a shower. There is also a washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with an array of appliances (coffee machine, microwave, kettle etc.). The apartment has air conditioning. Bed linen and terrycloth sheets are provided. The final cleaning is included in the rental price. A cot and highchair are available on request.
The apartment has a furnished balcony.
The proximity of the old town and the beach makes the apartment an attractive holiday residence. Parking spaces are available all around the building. As everything is nearby, it is also ideal for holiday-makers without a car.
A bus stop, shops, restaurants, café-bars are all in the immediate vicinity. It is only a five-mintue walk to the beach and the old town.
