Turo Golf

The country house Turo Golf has a privileged location as it enjoys superb panoramic views of all the area, with Sant Salvador mountain at one side and wonderful views of the sea in the distance at the other side. The house is set at the top of a small hill only 2km. away from the locality of S’Horta, by the golf course "Vall D'Or Golf". This small village of 1.000 inhabitants offers two small supermarkets, a café-bar, a bank and a church. Turo Golf is approx. 5 minutes drive to the beautiful sandy beach Cala Sanau and to the charming fishing town of Porto Colom that offers superb sea front restaurants and sandy beaches. The tourist resort of Cala D’Or that offers several sandy beaches a pedestrian area with shops, restaurants and its impressive international yacht harbour, is also about 5 minutes drive.



The villa Turo Golf is a spacious two-storey country house with exterior walls clad with rural stone and covered terraces all around the house. From the hall there is access to an open living/dining room. The dining area has access to the pool area counts with a large dining table. From the dining room there is access to a well equipped kitchen with a breakfast table. The utility room is by the kitchen. The ground floor also offers a twin bedroom with access to the terrace and a separate bathroom with a bath and a shower. The upper floor counts with a second living area with access to a covered terrace and four bedrooms. Two of them are double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with a corner bath –one also has a separate shower-. These two bedrooms have access to a covered terrace/balcony with beautiful panoramic views of the sea in the distance. Furthermore there are two twin bedrooms also with access to the covered terrace/balcony with views of the country and the golf course. These two bedrooms share a separate bathroom.There is air conditioning in the bedrooms with a fixed and limited timetable.



The exterior is very spacious with large paved areas with flatstone and a small lawned area at the back of the villa by the golf course. From the pool area you will enjoy wonderful views of the coast and the sea in the distance, and from the back of the villa lovely views of uncultivated areas with almond trees, carob trees and the mountain of Sant Salvador. The pool area is the ideal spot to relax and forget the stressful winter days. Here you can sunbath or take a refreshing swim at the large pool (10m. x 5 m. - Depth min. 0.90m. max. 1.80m.) with a pool slide –great fun for the children-. There is also a tennis table for fun of all the family. By the pool there is a casita with a table, chairs, a great brick-built barbecue, an open fireplace and a charming rustic kitchen area with a gas hob, fridge, etc. There is also a guest toilet with a shower.Enclosed in the price are bed linen, towels for the house, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, gas).The first cot and highchair are included in the price.



NOTE:There is not cleanig during the stay. Neither is there a change of bed linen/towels.


For stays over 12 nights, a request for fresh towels and bed linen can be made, and would have a cost of Euro 150.-
