The holiday apartments are part of a villa in a quiet area of Cala Liberotto, a district of Orosei, and are just a short walk from the sea.
The villa comprises a total of three apartments on the ground floor, of which two are available to let.
Outside there is a large, communal courtyard with an outdoor parking space for each apartment. There is also a shared garden with an outdoor shower.
The owners live in the third apartments and are happy to help guests with any queries. Electricity, water and gas usage are included in the rental price.
The villa is 500 metres from the sea. Within a 500-metre radius you can find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, a pharmacy, pizzerias and fishmongers. Orosei is 12km from the villa.

The apartment has a kitchen with a fridge-freezer, an oven and a gas stove with four rings. The bedroom has a double bed (160 x 190cm) and space for a cot. The bathroom has a shower, WC, bidet and washbasin. The apartment is equipped with a TV (terrestrial digital) and a wireless Internet connection, but does not have heating or air conditioning. On request, a single bed can be added in the living area.
Outside there is a furnished veranda, for enjoying meals outdoors.
