Typical Canarian finca with its own pool in the garden and a stunning view

The stately holiday villa was built in 1946 in typical Canarian style and last underwent a complete renovation in 2007. It is located in Valsequillo on the island of Gran Canaria and offers living space of 150 m² for up to six people, in addition to extensive grounds.

There are three spacious bedrooms in total. Two are equipped with two single beds each (0.90 m x 1.90 m), while one has a double bed (1.55 m x 2.00 m) and its own bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. In addition, there is a further bathroom which has a bathtub with shower facility, washbasin and toilet. The large living room, where the open kitchen is integrated, has a cosy living room suite, a fireplace and a TV with satellite connection plus a DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen has a dining table for family meals, along with a stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine and microwave. Central heating and WLAN are in all the rooms. A washing machine and iron are also at your disposal during your stay.

However, the highlight of the home is definitely the large private pool, beside which you can forget the stress of everyday life on the sun loungers. You can also find a roofed grill/barbecue area as well as garden furniture on the terrace. There is also a private parking area for your car on the property. The fenced-off property offers a magnificent view of the sea and the mountains.

Next to the house is a multifunctional area, which can be used for sports activities. The fact that this is located a few meters lower than the property, there are no adverse effects.

You will find shopping possibilities for your daily needs as well as a restaurant and public transport about 150 m away in the nearby surrounding area. The nearest sandy beach is about 12 km away. However, the surrounding area also offers many other recreational activities such as e.g. mountain biking, mountain climbing, horseback riding, cycling, golf, gourmet tours, hiking, tennis, archery and canoeing. At the sea, you can also go diving, windsurfing or boating.

    “Ein wunderschönes Anwesen mit Pool und Garten. Das Haus war zwar kalt aber mit einem Kaminfeuer sehr gemütlich. Die Gegend ist traumhaft und läd zum staunen ein. Herrliche Berge und tiefe Schluchten sind auf dem Weg an die Strände zu sehen. Mit dem Mietwagen war die Zufahrt kein Problem.
    Sehr sehr freundliche Gastgeber die englisch und spanisch sprechen. Pool wurde auf Wunsch beheizt und war auch an kühleren Tagen ein Genuss...

    “El lugar es espectacular con sus vistas a las montañas y su tranquilidad que te hacen disfrutar de una estancia muy placentera , la casa y la piscina son bastante amplias con su zona asadero aparte y una plancha al lado de la piscina que te permite pasar el día disfrutando en familia, en el interior de la casa no falta de nada desde aire acondicionado a una chimenea y las camas son bastante cómodas un lujazo”

    “The house is beautiful and an amazing scenery, really quiet and relax if you are looking for it.
    You have plenty rooms and storage for a large family of 6 adults and 2 children. Travel cot and other facilities are provided by the owner . When we arrived at the house , Mr. and Mrs Martel welcome us with a warmly welcome. All tidy up and clean.

    We spent our first in the cos living room near to the fire place as was a cold night considering that we went in December where the temperature can drop considerably. The only but that I have to mention is the pool don't count with a heating system which it could be cold for use , considering the low temperature . Other than that we enjoyed every second that we spent in the house , we had a lovely Christmas time, new year and Three wise king day , Thank you Mr & Mrs Martel for having us in your humble place. was lovely!.”

    “Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus und dem Grundstück. Wirklich ideal wenn man etwas abseits vom Touristentrubels des Südens seine Ruhe in den Bergen genießen will.
    Der Pool war sauber, es gibt einen super Grillstand, einen schönen Garten und eine nette Veranda. Das Haus selbst war (weitestgehend) sauber und hübsch in spanischem Stil eingerichtet. Für 5 Personen war die Küchenausstattung ok, für 6 wird sie nicht reichen. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett, sprach aber eigentlich nur spanisch. Die Waschmaschine ist nützlich. Das WLAN war gut, aber nur im Wohnzimmer vorhanden.
    Zudem muss ich die wirklich gute Kommunikation mit tuivillas hervorheben. Sie haben mich sogar daran erinnert rechtzeitig mit der Vermieterin Kontakt aufzunehmen. Alles lief reibungslos!”
