Holiday Apartment in Torre Dei Corsari with Private Parking and Panoramic View

The apartment is located in Torre dei Corsari, on the Costa Verde, just 300 metres from the beach. It is part of a quiet residential complex, which is monitored around the clock and to which only the owners and other guests have access.

The two-room apartment is on two floors. On the lower floor there is a living room-kitchen with a table, chairs, a sofa bed for one person (120 x 190cm), and a TV with terrestrial digital reception. The kitchen unit comprises three wall cupboards, standing units with drawers, a sink and draining board, an extractor fan, a fridge, a gas stove with four rings, an electric oven, a microwave and a toaster. Internal stairs link the two floors. On the upper floor there is the bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190cm), a wardrobe with sliding doors and two bedside tables. The bathroom has a washbasin, bidet, WC and shower. The holiday apartment has a water tank.

From the living room-kitchen you can access the balcony, furnished with a PVC table and three chairs, where you can enjoy meals outdoors and the panoramic view. There is also a barbecue on the balcony. Stairs lead to a private interior courtyard, where there are an outdoor shower and a washing trough. Cars can be parked on the street.

300 metres away you can find a grocery shop, a pizzeria, a restaurant and other services. Torre dei Corsari is the ideal place for nature lovers and those who would like to spend a quiet holiday by the sea and in the sunshine. About 300 metres from the apartment there is the Sabbia d’Oro (golden sand) beach with wonderful dunes, which you can either walk to or take the shuttle in July and August. The area is known for its wonderful beaches, the highest sand dunes in Europe and the crystal clear sea.

    “Das Häuschen liegt in wunderbarer Lage an einem wunderschönen Strand. Toller Blick, jedoch Hanglage und daher für ältere Menschen und Menschen mit Gehbehinderung nicht geeignet.
    Steile Treppen zum Strand sowie auch im Haus selbst in den ersten Stock.

    Haus war sehr sauber, es hat an nichts gefehlt, nette Eigentümer.
    Dusche im Bad allerdings sehr klein ( 50 x 50 cm u ) und daher schwierig zu duschen, da auch nur Vorhang. Hier war regelmäßig das Bad unter Wasser.

    Bei warmen Wetter ist die Aussendusche eine Lösung ( allerdings nur Kaltwasser )

    Leider wurde uns, vermutlich von Mitbewohner der Anlage, zwei unserer Autoreifen zerstochen, da wir wohl auf einem falschen Parkplatz standen ( Ist jedoch nicht als privat oder " Verboten " ausgewiesen.)
    Hier sollten Die Eigentümer unseres Häuschen nachdrücklich darauf hinweisen...
    Angelegenheit war sehr kompliziert, da in Torre die Corsari nur italienisch gesprochen wird und keine Tankstelle vorhanden ist o.ä.”

    “Non si era mai verificato, in precedenza, un fatto così grave, di cui non possiamo ancora individuare il responsabile. Faremo denuncia alla Polizia.
    Avevamo indicato agli ospiti dove parcheggiare.
    I vicini presenti e la Vigilanza del Condominio, (da noi chiamata) si sono impegnati ad aiutarli per superare la difficoltà.
    Il fatto è assolutamente straordinario e non dipende da noi. Peraltro gli ospiti, con i quali siamo stati in frequente contatto e ci siamo scusati per l’accaduto, alla partenza ci hanno salutato cordialmente, ringraziandoci per la vacanza meravigliosa”

    “Einfach aber ausreichend! Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Schöne Aussicht auf den Strand vom Balkon. Liegt in einer Apartmentanlage auf einem Berg oberhalb des Strandes.”

    “Es handelt sich hierbei um eine sehr schöne, kleine Ferienwohnung - ideal für 2 Personen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so im Urlaub braucht. Auch Utensilien für den Strand, z.B. Sonnenschirm sind vorhanden. Vom Balkon hat man einen phantastischen Blick auf die Dünen, den Strand und das Meer.”
