This apartment is in a quiet area outside of Korčula, about a fifteen-minute walk from the centre. The way into town leads through a park.
The spacious apartment is on the ground floor of the house, with about 35m² of living space. The apartment offers one bedroom, livingroom and a kitchen. The double beds measures 140 x 200cm. It also has a stereo system and satellite TV with a wide choice of channels. The bathroom offer you a shower.
There are two terraces, as well as a grill area and an outdoor shower. There are four deckchairs and four chairs on the pool terrace for relaxing. If you would like to dine outdoors, there is a dining table there with eight chairs. The site is fenced and all three parking spaces are on site.
The air conditioning unit is in the dining area, but is powerful enough to cool the whole apartment. The owner’s sister lives on the upper floor of the house.
It is a fifteen-minute walk to the town centre, while the nearest shops and restaurants are just 500 metres away. It is 300 metres to the seaside and the beach. The accommodation is suitable for two families with children.
