Apartments with a garden and a wonderful sea view

The house is in the second row from the sea in the Bušinci district in Okrug Gornji in the south of the island of Ciovo by the Mavarštica bay.

The two apartments are ideally suited to families and afford a wonderful view towards the sea. You can use a shared garden with a barbecue and a shower and two parking spaces are available.

It is just 30 metres to the beach and there are stone, concrete and pebbled beaches in the area. Supermarkets and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The town of Trogir, which is a UNESCO world cultural heritage site, is five kilometres away. Split airport is 7km away and the town is 30km away.

This apartment is on the raised ground floor and can accommodate up to six people. It provides three bedrooms with two double beds and one with two single beds. The living room has two sofa beds, as well as satellite TV and a coffee table.The apartment is equipped with air conditioning. The open kitchen is fully-equipped with a hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave. There are two bathrooms with a toilet. You can use the Wifi access for free.



The spacious terrace and loggia of 40 m2 with garden furniture is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the view.



There are two parking spaces for guests cars, garden, a barbecue and shower in the garden. The bilding is surrounded by greenery.



The apartment is 30 m away from the beach and a supermarket, a grocery store, restaurants and other facilities for a pleasanty stay of the guest are located near the apartment.
